This is a land-based rowing training program for winter. It is January 8-March 31 Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30 at the Independence boathouse. You can come as often or as little as you like. It is intended for those who want to get in good shape, improve their rowing cardio, get to know the team, challenge themselves ( a little bit or a lot) and have a great time. Hopefully you will want to join the team after this. This is the begining of the learn to row series
